1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Wazvox, operated by VED SOFTVERA ("Wazvox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms.
2. The service
Wazvox lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account via Meta Embedded Signup and send and receive messages through the official WhatsApp Cloud API, together with an inbox, templates, broadcasts, automation and a developer API.
3. Acceptable use
- You must only message users who have opted in to receive messages from you.
- You must honour opt-outs and not send spam or prohibited content.
- You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with WhatsApp's Commerce and Messaging policies and applicable law.
4. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account and connected WhatsApp Business Accounts. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Fees
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta. Any Wazvox subscription or platform fees are described at the time of purchase.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies, or where required to protect the service or other users.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VED SOFTVERA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
