1. Who we are

Wazvox is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform operated by VED SOFTVERA ("Wazvox", "we", "us"), located at A72, Ayodhaya Nagar, Kanha Vihar, Lalarpura, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India. We help businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts and send and receive messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, company name and a hashed password.
• WhatsApp Business data you authorise via Meta Embedded Signup: WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, phone numbers, business profile details, and an access token (stored encrypted).
• Message data: the content and metadata of messages you send and receive through the platform, plus delivery and read statuses, for delivery, display, support and audit.
• Contacts you add or import, and their opt-in / opt-out status.
• Usage & technical data: log data and IP addresses used to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use this information to provide the messaging service, register your phone numbers, deliver and relay webhooks, display your inbox and analytics, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with the policies of Meta and WhatsApp and applicable law. We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data.

4. Sharing

To operate the WhatsApp Business Platform, we share the necessary data with Meta Platforms, Inc. We also use infrastructure providers (hosting and database) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion page. Data already processed by Meta/WhatsApp is additionally governed by Meta's data policy.

6. Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), transport is secured with TLS, outbound webhooks are signed, and access is restricted to your organisation (tenant).

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting us. Where required by law, you may also object to or restrict certain processing.
