Data Deletion Instructions

Wazvox is operated by VED SOFTVERA. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data in two ways.

Self-service

Sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your organisation and all associated data — connected WhatsApp Business Accounts, phone numbers, business profiles, templates, contacts, message history, API keys and webhook settings.

By request

Email privacy@wazvox.com from your account email address with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Account and login credentials
• Encrypted WhatsApp access tokens
• WABA, phone number, business profile, template and contact records
• Stored message content, delivery logs and webhook events

Note: data already processed by Meta/WhatsApp is governed by Meta's own data policy and deletion mechanisms.
